Krystal Parkins Presents Mission & Money
Mission & Money is a practical business and personal development service for people who have experienced trauma or significant adversity and are now ready to focus on what they want to build next. This may include experiences such as being in care, grief and bereavement, being LGBTQ+ from a minority background, grooming or exploitation, sexual assault, rape or other forms of trauma. You are never expected to share the details of what you have experienced — this is not therapy and your past does not need to become your business. Instead, Mission & Money is about helping you recognise your strengths, develop your ideas and build a future that gives you greater purpose, income, opportunity and freedom. When you book the service, you receive six supportive drop-in sessions, covering areas such as business development, direction, income, funding, systems and growth, with fundraising and grant-writing support included within one of your sessions. You will also have the opportunity to complete the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) and will be added to a dedicated WhatsApp support group, where you can ask questions and access support between sessions. Sessions are not traditional one-to-one coaching and other participants may sometimes attend, giving you the opportunity to learn, connect and grow alongside others. If you need additional fundraising support, a separate done-for-you grant-writing service is also available. Above all, Mission & Money is about helping you move forward — not being defined by what you've been through, but supported to build something meaningful from where you are now.
